Lovely friendly atmosphere in beautiful surroundings. Fantastic food and a great service. Would reccomend to anyone; also very good value for money. Have enjoyed several meals there in the past and look forward to returning again!

Probably need a sat nav to find this one, the long stony drive is a bit harsh on your tyres but if you have a suitable vehicle then its worth the effort. Finding your bearings in this pub is fun, so many nooks and cranny's. Once we found someone to serve us we had a very tasty lunch with a...

I'll start by saying I regret giving just one star but feel justified all the same. Me and my partner have visited several times with no problems but this visit was the most epic of all fails! We got married recently and before heading off to our honeymoon we travelled 3 hours for a night in the new forest here....

This has been a good pub for years, we lived in the area in the early 80's and this was a revisit to what had once been a regular haunt - after a thirty two year break, luckily it had not changed too much. I was surprised to find the High Corner signposted, as it always used to be one...

We were looking for a dog friendly place in the New Forest to break our journey to Bude, luckily for us we found High Corner Inn, which is well off the beaten track. The grounds are beautiful, and there are lovely walks on the doorstep. We stayed two nights in Heron Room. The room was spacious, and exceptionally clean, but...

This is a special pub in the heart of the New Forest. The road to it is terrible - full of pot holes - but we'll worth having your car wheels realigned for. The food and beer are great as is the service and ambience.

An isolated but very popular inn serving good food at reasonable prices. A map may be more useful than a satnav when looking for this address. The route our satnav took is really best suited to 4 x 4 vehicles. Well worth the drive, we were a party of 12 and staff were very happy to accommodate us. Menu was...

Having had a very good mid-week lunch there recently, on leaving we made a Father's Day carvery reservation. We were told it would have to be around 2pm as they were busy. Generally we would avoid a slot time towards the end of a carvery lunch but figured that if they were that busy then fresh joints of meat and...
