We paid for breakfast for everyone for the duration of the stay but reception was being refurbished, we didn't receive any breakfast or our money back. The hotel is located directly across the road from the main train station, once the passenger trains stop the freight trains begin and it's all through the night, we didn't sleep due to the noise, really bad experience. As I say reception was being refurbished, we were pushed out the back exit into like a service yard, no instruction of where to go and no care from the staff whatsoever.
As always, we enjoyed a really great stay. Thank you. Leeann cannot do enough to help guests. Quite exceptional help and service. Shall certainly be returning in the autumn. Very handy to Southampton by bus or train
Very helpful staff. Leanne was very kind and thoughtful on a number of occasions during our stay - nothing was too much trouble. Room was clean, tidy and comfortable as usual and we had a great time. Hotel really central too - next door there's a Wetherspoons and literaly 200 yards and you're in the town centre. Perfect.
Enjoyed our stay at this travelodge.. room very clean and quiet. The staff Leanne and Alice were very friendly and helpful regarding information on parking.. taxis and resturants. We will defo come again..
We have stayed many times, it is our go to Travelodge for the area, rooms are great and staff are too, on our most recent visit Leanne looked after us as she usually does and is most welcoming as the other staff are, one thing to note the only onsite parking is two disabled bays at the back but there is pay and display across the busy road in the rail station car park. Will be back very soon !!!
