Unfortunately the hotel has no involvement in the monitoring of parking or issuing of fines so we usually ask guests to appeal directly to Parking Eye. If a member of our team has offered to contact Parking Eye on your behalf, this will have been done immediately but Parking Eye is a separate company to Holiday Inn and they can take up to 4 weeks to process our request. 2 night business stay, not the best looking hotel from the outside and not that appealing once inside in my opinion. Location is great for M27 and M3. There’s strict parking enforcement in place, which means you have to ensure your reg is entered or a large fine heads your way.

Room was well cleaned, and facilities were very good. Staff helpful and informative. Breakfast was cooked to order, and was very good indeed. Evening meal average. Swimming pool good size and staff helpful. Good value for short break.

Stayed here this week for 1 night on business. Hotel easy to find, lots of car parking which was free. Check in was fine, no issues. Given my welcome amenities as an IHG elite member. Room was on 2nd floor, towards the back so no road noise as hotel is on what looks like

I was most concerned to read about the cleanliness in your bedroom and have asked my Housekeeping Manager to investigate this and carry out a deep clean of the room. I would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused by the fire alarm sounding during the night. I understand that this is far from ideal, but I hope you will appreciate that our guests’ safety is our highest priority and our evacuation procedure is there for your protection. Nonetheless I am very grateful for your candid feedback and I will ensure that your comments are addressed with the team immediately. I am very sorry that you were disappointed with your breakfast. Stayed here for the night after company Christmas bash. The room I found to be comfortable and clean, no need to take your own shampoo and so on it's all there. My only slight gripe is, breakfast for £14 a bit on the high side, but tasty nether the less.

Whats the beer prices like
there is a children's pool attached to the main pool . From recollection I think the pool depths are 3ft to about 5.5ft in the main pool ,from one end to the other.
