Have been an owner here at Valley for six seasons. Entertainment top drawer, something for everyone during the season. Owners events extremely good, Thanks Grant Wicks, lovely place for my Granchildren to play in new park. Only downside is the price of food in the Boathouse extortianate , £18.00 for ribs !! But all in all very happy, roll on...

Lovely caravan, but was absolutely appalled at the noise at night. They put us next to the entertainment centre after asking three times if we could be near friends, this didn't happen. The noise from the disco and people screaming swearing outside our caravan was terrible. Adults taking their drinks into the outside park, kids totally unsupervised up until 12am....

I stayed here for a week with my parents. We really enjoyed our stay, however the caravan we stayed in was VERY small. It was a bronze 3 bedroom caravan made to cater for 6 people, my parents stayed in the master bedroom with the double bed and I stayed in one of the rooms with 2 small twin beds....

the entertainment staff were mediocre, and that's by far the best thing I can say about this site, our caravan was surrounded by cigarette butts, crumpled up cigarette packet under the master bed, utensils still had dried food on them, sweet wrappers under beds and unit, food debris between the cushions (chips, sweets, etc) the 'fix-it' number went straight to...

i have been going to this caravan park since i was 12 years old with my mum and dad (im now 42) and it used to be amazing, but since park resorts took over the place it has gone so far down hill i wanted to leave pretty much 5 mins after we arrived :( we paid near on £1000...

Firstly the positives a nice caravan, which was clean, friendly reception staff and a great coastline to explore. We used this site for a quiet family holiday unfortunately many of the residents on the site weren't looking for the same experience. Club house disc noise so loud could hear it in the caravan, kids screaming on the park at 11pm...

Was very disappointed as it is a nice enough park but we had flees in our caravan. I asked for it to be thoroughly hoovered as we were out for the day but that didn't happen. We were told by James? The assistant manager that as an apology we would receive some vouchers, however this also has not happened and...

We started our holiday in a real predicament having lost our house keys and consequently the keys to our roof box, having exhausted all ideas and being late we went for some food, we told our situation to the staff behind the bar, hoping possible that any maintenance team might be able to help, the lady informed us that the...

We're currently staying here for the 3rd time this year, we now have a dog so have had to have a dog van (classed as gold) well we arrived yesterday - (apparently you pay more for dog vans as they need a higher spec clean) well after cleaning it for 3 hours it's still disgusting the smell is vile I've...

We went to Valley Farm on 26/09/16 for 5 days. The site is clean and well managed with a large club house swimming pools and small supermarket. Our Bronze caravan had a few issues, notable the cooker - the markings for the 6 control knobs had been worn away so it was a bit of a lottery working out what...
