I am so glad I found this hotel on here. It is a real gem.
Firstly we were so impressed at its location: right next to the Roman walls. The hotel looked nice from the outside too but it was even nicer inside.
We stayed here during the snow in March and the hotel looked beautiful with snow around the gardens and around perversely castle which is only 1 minutes walk away we had cakes and coffee in the tea rooms and a lovely meal by the open...More

Hotel was beautiful. Stayed in Lewis suite which was very spacious with a leather sofa, tv, table and chairs and a comfortable camp bed in one room. Separate bedroom and bathroom. Extremely clean and all needs catered for.
