We arrived around 6pm last Saturday. There was a very nice lady who greeted us and showed us to our room. The whole process was quick and smooth. She was very attentive when we asked for it; offering us the vacant dining room to eat our takeaway food while went to get us cutlery and a bottle opener. I'm not...

The location of this place is good for the Ferry Terminal, they also accommodate bikes, which was a must for us. However, because we were leaving by 7 am, we had to pay the night before. The price we paid included breakfast, because we were leaving early (6.45 am) we were told, milk, bread and cereal would be left out...

This B&B is easy to drive passed and impossible to park by. In the end we parked in the town centre and got up earlier to make sure our car was okay. Our beds were comfortable, but our room at the front was so noisy that we will not stay here again. The traffic starts up again at 5:00. It's...

The only...

We booked to stay at the lodge, from the outside looks nothing like the photos, the accommodation isn't clean is dirty and generally unacceptable. We decided not to stay and booked into a Premier Inn instead!

Spent 89 pounds for a family room with breakfast. The room was at the top of the building and the noise from the road was so loud none of us could sleep. No toilet roll in the rooms and no staff to ask. Was asked for payment straight away on arrival and told could help self to breakfast before 7:30...
