Lunched here today. Lovely old 16th century Inn. The food flavours combined superbly. Helpful and friendly staff. Very enjoyable experience. I had the loin of venison with dauphinois and creamed mash with red cabbage and sultana jus. My son had mushroom fallafel creamy linguine. Delicious!

No everyone want to have dogs inside a restaurant. This is a bit more than just a pub and I would not expect pets inside.
