We stayed here for 2 nights. The pub is a locals pub and some didn't look too friendly. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. TV not working but not a problem as we had laptops. Good wifi. Room could do with painting and a new carpet but on the whole value for money. Staff were all very nice.

Booked last minute due to needing accommodation for 1 night in Bexhill. The rate was very reasonable for a Saturday night, considering breakfast and free parking are included. I believe there is free wifi too but we didn't try it. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated with a comfortable bed and good quality duvet and pillows. The en-suite bathroom has...

This is a dump stay there at your peril! Dirty, noisy and very unorganized. Not a hotel but try doss house. Booking.com need to take it off their list. Breakfast was a joke didn't even bother for the second day. Had a packet of crisps instead . Trailing extension plugs in the room health and safety would have a field...

This isn't a hotel - it's a very loud and messy pub that's got a couple of small, dirty rooms for you can sleep in. The staff are unorganised and don't have a clue who they're expecting or if payment for the room has been paid in advance or not. We were told the proprietor would come up to greet...

A lovely little pub/hotel, slightly dated by comfy, clean rooms with everything you need. Nice range of beers in the bar, with a pool table and dart board. Full English breakfast in the morning was very nice. All service was done by very polite and friendly people. I will be staying again!

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet (though would benefit from updating.) TV, refreshment tray, free wifi. Bathroom was clean, had a good shower and supply of towels. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was nice, cooked to order but portions a bit on the small side. I was charged an extra £2 as they said Booking .com always got the prices...
