Stayed with Lucia again at her amazing B&B. This really is a beautifully appointed place with a warm Irish welcome. The rooms are just perfect and the breakfast is always a treat. Only stayed a couple of nights and as usual had more than enough to do. Hope to be back again before the summer ends. Thanks Lucia.

I've been to stay at Coast B & B twice now with my wife, and we have loved both stays! The rooms are some of the loveliest we have ever stayed in, with a modern and classy decor. Breakfast is always a highlight and Lucia has always been so welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend a stay here if you're ever in the area! We can't wait to return next year.

We had stayed there last month and loved it. Sometimes when you return somewhere, it doesn't quite live up to what you expect but this does 100%. As usual Lucia and Steph were great, like old friends. Our room (3) was very large and so comfortable. Equipped with everything you would need. Another wonderful stay at the Coast and already looking forward to returning again.

I can only echo the other reviews and have no hesitation in recommending a stay here. We were in Room 2, which although cosy, had everything you needed. It was spotlessly clean and the small fridge in the room was great to keep milk and drinks cold. The bed was super comfy. Breakfasts were delicious, and only wish I had tried the pancakes before the last day, I would have swapped my earlier full Englishes! Lucia and Steph are very helpful and great hosts. Bexhill itself is much quieter than Hastings or Eastbourne (a big plus for us), and can also recommend Minnies Fish & Chips, Bistro 45, No 8 (in Hastings) all subjects of my separate reviews.

This little gem close to the sea front and restaurants is exquisitely furnished and maintained. Lucia, the owner takes real pride in her establishment and has decorated and furnished the bedrooms and breakfast room beautifully. I would recommend this to anyone coming to Bexhill-On-Sea.
