My wife and I are so glad we booked a room at Arden House last April - a real gem in Bexhill-on-Sea! Peter´s hospitality is absolutely outstanding and the accommodation just perfect. After a long trip and a cold day out we received a very warm welcome by Peter and we were taken immediately to one of his cosy rooms...

On our way to Weymouth we needed a place to stay for just one night. On our arrival Peter gave us a warm welcome. The room in the first floor was brilliant and charming decorated by Peter and in contrary to the weather cozy and comfortably warm. The room was full equipped with TV, WiFi, tea, coffee and water. The booking process was very quick and simple. On arrival I was treated to a lovely toasted homemade scone in the room which was a very tasty addition to the already excellent range of teas, coffees and hot chocolate which came with fresh milk. The room was cosy with a nice powerful shower (with good quality shampoo, body wash etc...

My son and I needed a place to stay in Bexhill for a week in March and found Arden House on Google/TripAdvisor. Impressed by the reviews, we booked there for our stay; our first time in England. We are so very happy that we did! Peter greeted us at the door and welcomed us in with refreshments (tea and cakes),...

My second stay and even better (if that was possible) than the first time! Gorgeous, lavishly decorated room, huge comfortable bed, spotlessly clean & with everything you could need. I can't recommend this place highly enough. Thank you once again to Peter, the proprietor.

Spent three nights in Arden House and could not find any fault with the rooms, facilities, staff, breakfast and value for money. Look no further than Arden House if you need B&B accommodation in Bexhill.

Splendid place - lovely comfy warm rooms with every obvious attention to every detail. Gorgeous home cooked breakfasts using the best ingredients - had no idea tomatoes and mushrooms could taste so marvellous. Cannot recommend this place highly enough - lovely place, people and food at a more than reasonable price. Have stayed several times and will be back. Ros

I often stay away overnight for work and this is, without doubt, one of the best B&Bs I've ever stayed in. It is exceptionally good value. Peter is warm and welcoming without being intrusive. The room I stay in is comfortable and well appointed, and both the bedroom and the en-suite are very clean. I appreciate the little touches like...
