This was my third visit to Arden House, and everything was just as good as on my first two visits - if not better. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, you really feel welcom, and the atmosphere in the house is lovely and homely. Everything is spotlessly clean, the beds are wonderful with good quality duvet,...

My first time and my friends second stay. Hosts could not have been more welcoming . Rooms very comfortable with the small important touches such as wide range of teas and coffee included in room , good bath products and slightly quirky look. Made to feel really welcome . Breakfast lovely with home made bread served in pretty conservatory overlooking...

We have just moved to Bexhill but could not stay in our new home the first night. We therefore stayed at Arden House which was a brilliant idea! The room was lovely, bright and very comfortable with a nice view over the garden. Breakfast was also delicious and served in a pretty setting still overlooking the garden. So, thanks Peter...

This was our second visit to Arden House and on both occasions received a very warm welcome from Peter and Martin. Our room was warm and comfortable with everything provided for. The breakfasts were delicious, cooked to order and served in the light and airy conservatory. We will be back!

Excellent Full English Breakfast, good tea-making facilities in the room, comfortable bed, good shower in modern en suite, friendly and helpful owners and easy walking distance from the sea ..... perfect! Looking for an excuse to go back to Bexhill so we can stay here again!

Well-run B&B by friendly owners Peter and Martin who provide a very homely environment from full English breakfast, pretty English garden, teas-maid, bathrobes, newspaper and free parking outside. At £65.00 per night, this is great value in the busy seaside town of Bexhill, E.Sussex and the location is near public transport, railway station and the sea front with shops, restaurants...

The hosts Martin and Peter did an excellent job of looking after us, going the extra mile to make us welcome. The room was spotless, the food was outstanding with a good choice. We travel quite a lot and this is the best B and B we have stayed in, it should have a 5* accolade. It was the attention...

This is our third visit to Arden House and hope to be visiting again. Each time we are given the same room which is large and airy with plenty of space to store everything. The bed is very comfortable with lovely bedspreads. The bedroom and bathroom are spotlessly clean. Breakfast is varied and hearty but being French it's a bit...
