We stayed here as a group of 5, the B&B was lovely, clean, welcoming, the owners were lovely lovely people but please note Rooms 1 & 3 share facilities which are on the landing between the two on the first floor. The toilet is in one room, shower and bath in another and the sinks are in your bedroom, there...

Oh No! So sorry ! We are so sorry about the hot water issue and yes I wished we were advised at the time as we could of easily recified this. We have run out of hot water once before last year when 6 girls shared room one but a quick switch of the emersion heater and ten minutes later...

The main thing we will take from our stay at the Buenos Aires is the genuinely warm and friendly way you are made to feel welcome by the owners Rachel and Andy. Add to this a very clean and spacious bedroom, with a comfortable bed, wonderful breakfast with a vegetarian full english option which myself and my partner had, and...

We are so sorry that we never thanked you for your review a few years ago but even though it was a long time since your stay we still wanted to say thank you for your kind words and comments as we really do appreciate them. Hopefully we may see you again in the future here at Buenos Aires, Bexhill...

Andy and Rachel made our visit to bexhill more than memorable, our initial requirement was simply to have somewhere to lay our heads down for the night after attending a couple of concerts and the very local del la warr pavillion, but we got much more than that. The room was modern, clean and spacious and the breakfast tasty with...

What should you expect from a traditional Bed and Breakfast? A warm welcome and superb hospitality? Comfortable, quiet, clean rooms? a PROPER breakfast to set you up for a 'refreshing' seafront walk in January? Some places get it 'mostly right' some get it disastrously wrong. Andy and Rachel get it absolutely SPOT ON! The location, although very central for the...

This was our second stay over Christmas and the greeting by Rachel and Andy and their attention to our requirements were as good as before. This time we stayed in the family room which was very spacious in spite of having an extra bed in it. The double bed itself was exceedingly comfortable and the white bed linen spotlessly clean....

Excellent location and very friendly place. Very quiet and had a good nights sleep, although the room I stayed in was a little chilly. The breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay again and would recommend for those seeking a traditional B&B stay.

Rachel and Andy made us so welcome and looked after us splendidly. The food was great. What a joy to find a truly child-friendly B & B! We can't wait to go back.

I´ve now stayed there three times and wouldn´t look for any other place to go to in Bexhill. The room´s are perfectly clean and most comfortable. And for the lover´s of a good English...

Very good value for money (£45 for single occupancy of room without en suite + B&B) but oh dear, what a typical English place. Rather beaten up, cleaned superficially and regularly but bedding and carpet need proper deep cleaning to remove aura of old dogs and smokers. Vast quantities of free toiletries and good kettle tea making etc and huge...
