Bed & Breakfast Suffolk Coast Accommodation Field End Guest House is a large Edwardian house situated near the Suffolk coast. The bedrooms and the guest lounge/dining room are available all day. All bedrooms are equipped with TV/DVD facilities. Open since February 1999, Field End is a large,comfortable, re-furbished Edwardian house south of Leiston town centre. The house is fully centrally heated and the bedrooms are double glazed. The bedrooms and the guest lounge/dining room are available all day. Field End is open all year. Breakfast is chosen from a full menu in the private dining room - local produce is used whenever possible. Simple and vegetarian diets are fully catered for. In the Lounge/dining room are games, cards, jigsaws and a radio for your entertainment. This room is immediately below the Family Room and is equipped with a baby-monitor and is ideal for use by parents of small children in the evenings.

This was our second visit, I’m sure there are more salubrious guest houses around, but this one is clean, comfortable & nice breakfast. Showers could do with improvements but I imagine footfall needs to increase. Nevertheless was a pleasant visit Herbert 😀

Stayed at hillside cottage for a week. Cottage owned by field end guest house. It was lovely. Comfy. Clean. Well equipped and lots of extras left for us ie milk bread cereal butter etc Great sunny enclosed garden and loved the bright conservatory. Just slight downside the water in the area is very hard and tastes horrible. Buy large bottles from the co op. Also the bathroom is downstairs so not good when like us you have to get up several times in the night. Loved our stay though and especially our trip to southwold. Very good value for money cottage x

There was nothing to fault with this B and B. Everything was spotless very clean had everything in the room that was needed for a nights stay. We was going to a wedding and was able to collect the keys early so we didn’t have to check in later on. Herbie was a lovely man. Breakfast 5* great choice of cereals and the fried breakfast was amazing. If we are up this way again this would be the first B and B we will look at for availability.

We stayed overnight to visit family in the area. The breakfast was very good. Plenty of tea and coffee. Our room was comfortable and clean. Great location for us as we were visiting family. Overall a good experience and nice property.
