SYCAMORE PARK

Lovely site, the shower and toilet facilities are excellent. Great pitch in the corner and to top it off it’s only 5 mins walk to the local pub which is also excellent and worth a visit. I haven’t a bad thing to say about this site and we will definitely return.

Quiet & relaxing

Just returned home from a fantastic stay here. Very quiet & relaxing. It was exactly the escape we were looking for. In fact, we were very lucky to be able to add on an extra night to our original 4 night stay. Fantastic area to be able to walk with the dogs. Dunwich, Thorpeness & Aldeburgh within easy & quick reach by car. Walking opportunities across fields, in the woods or by the beach. Site is very well maintained. Ample pitch space for our car, caravan & awning. Toilet & shower lovely & clean. Would thoroughly recommend & we hope to be back soon.

One day stopover

Lovely quiet site with quality amenities, a very nice setting with rabbits, birds and ponies in the next field. Lovely pub doing good meals local. Good position for visiting places of interest in Suffolk. Fully recommend.

Where was our welcome, where was the cleaner!

We have just returned from a 6 night stay at Sycamore Park. We arrived to find an empty site, there wasn't anyone there to welcome us just an envelope giving details of our booking and asking us to put our money into the envelope and post it in the post box provided. Whilst we wouldn't necessarily expect someone to sit on site and wait for us to arrive when they obviously weren't busy, we did expect to see someone during the course of our visit, but no this didn't happen. This we may have overlooked but for the fact that the toilets/showers were not cleaned at all during our visit is unforgivable. We definitely would not recommend this site, unless you're prepared to do your own cleaning!!! We're not sure what we paid £120 for, lesson learned, we won't be returning.

And relax

Lovely spot, quiet and relaxing, facilities clean well maintained and can’t knock the price on a bank holiday weekend. plenty to do locally within cycling distance. Will definitely return, more to explore in this beautiful part of the country.
