On arrival I recieved an excellent greeting from Charlie who kindly showed me around the hotel, showing me the lovely bar/restaurant area and to my room - she was very professional and polite. My room was fresh and clean and a nice big shower! I eat in the restaurant and had the daily special (toad...

We booked this trip on a deal for a Friday night and for £79 we had bed and breakfast plus an evening meal, for 2! We had the use of the Jacuzzi within the Spa, which was a bonus. We had a ground floor room facing the carpark. There was a covered walkway and a nice grassy area just outside...

We have stayed her a few times whilst attending events accommodation is OK nothing really to fault other than my wife would have preferred a bath in what was called a superior room. Functional and a reasonable breakfast.

I am genuinely sorry that you did not enjoy your stay at the Brome Grange. I personally served you during New Years Eve Night and thought I accommodated your Daughter's needs throughout the evening even though I felt I was interrupting her book. We did have an untimely boiler problem on NYE but I actioned this as soon as possible...

It was my first visit to the hotel, but were joining friends to see in the new year. We were greeted by lovely friendly smiles and a glass of bubbles, then shown to our table. The room was still lovely and Christmas festive with a huge tree. The food was absolutely Devine - we actually asked for our compliments to...

Dull and down at heal dining area, which was dark and lacked any atmosphere and the food was very poor, much of our staff left considerable amounts of it, the waiting staff were not overly cheerful either!
