The staff were friendly enough but parts of the venue need some TLC. Spacious long bar area with nooks and crannies. Only a short distance from the main Ipswich to Norwich road, so a possible venue if you are on a long trip.
Looking for a new tenant (again) and there's a reason for that!

A warm welcome, cosy room, friendly service and excellent breakfast. Only negative, we were having trouble with the electrics in our chalet but the landlady bent over backwards to solve the problem. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.
Went for a meal, shame they don't serve Monday or Tuesday :( atmosphere ok, could do with some background music as pub fell silent . . . .like awkward silent! Friendly staff, will be back to try the food
