Took a very boring freind for lunch on a Saturday. I had a ribeye which I must admit was excellent; well presented and enjoyable. Server was excellent, unfortunately when I enquired if she had any cyanide for my guest; she could'nt oblige. Unfortunately there was a young baby who was crying non stop which added to my borimng freind's conversation....

We had our Christmas Party Night at the Park Hotel. We have been for several years now. The staff are great and very helpful. The food is really good when they are catering or over 150 people. The food is served hot and the dishes are all made in- house, not frozen or bought in. I stayed overnight and the...

We stayed for one night in Pine Cottage. The cottage has a kitchen, lounge, double bedroom, single bedroom and bathroom. All tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was tasty and lots of choice. Staff friendly and helpful.

I stayed here whilst on business in Norwich. Nice and clean hotel with ample parking on site. The bar area is pleasant to sit in and enjoy a few drinks. I had a meal in the restaurant and even though I was asked to reserve a table ended up being the only person there. The food is very tasty but...

Stayed here for a night as visiting family. As the hotel had a wedding we were given "Hope Cottage". It was wonderful, hallway, large lounge, dining room which seated 6 people plus a highchair, the kitchen was very well equipped with cooker, toaster, washing machine, fridge, microwave, glasses, cutlery, plates, cups etc. There was a patio area to sit in...

Here for the night before a family party. Room was large and very clean but a bit tired . Shower was a dribble of water over the bath. Reception staff (who were also on the bar and at breakfast next day) didn't smile or say hello. Breakfast was below average both on variety and quality. Shame. Lunch was a different...

Easy parking (outside) warm and welcoming as you enter. Nothing is to much trouble - plenty of space - says something when the staff faces never seem to change. A happy team customer focused. Thank you.

Me and my partner stayed here for a few days. The staff were very friendly throughout our stay. However, after entering our room multiple lights didn't work. We informed a member of staff when we went for food in the restaurant. He asked if we had turned the switches on and looked for another switch next to the bed, which...
