When we arrived we got a room on a basement floor. Immediately went to ask for a room on a higher floor. Unfortunately they were fully booked, but told as, if at all, then maybe after 2 days. The room itself was ok, but the noise from the rode, engine vibration etc, was bad. Next day we asked again, from...

The hotel has its pro's and con's! I'll start with the con's: # very poor breakfast- only real fresh thing are tomatoes. But if you love white bread and cheese, you'll be happy! # WIFI only in the lobby, poor reception # towels are not changed, when you need. Only twice a week. Better to write a note to the...

I'd like to start with hotel's advantages: *very good location: only some minutes to main street, where you can find the biggest supermarket Halkiadakis and bus stop to Heraklion and airport. And some minutes to promenade where you can find beaches (for example, Balcony cafe beach: umbrella and sunbed for one person 2 eur) *room is without humidity, so there...

The location of this hotel is perfect. Two main streets are just about 200-300m away form this hotel. Unfortunately we could not give many points for the rooms. The beds are probably from the 19th century - not that comfortable. You don't feel comfortable taking a bath either because of the small space and etc. Rooms have small balcony's -...

We were given this hotel as a second choice, since our first choice was booked. But when we got there, we were pleasantly surprised to find a facility that was full of light and air. Our room had a huge glass door onto the balcony with a nice view of the mountains. The place was clean and the staff was...

This hotel is located great! Very close to 2 main streets (where you can find lots of clubs, restaurants and shops) and to the beach - about 5 min to walk. Stuff is very friendly and helpful! Rooms are absolutly good if we talk about connection between price and convenience. I had room without air condition (i choose it) as...

Rooms: small, with even smaller balcony, no TV, small fridge, no aircondition in rooms on road side. But we don't need it, because the sun shine into the room only between 10 am and 1 pm Because of the road and people in early morning hours there is a lot of noise. I have to sleep with corks in my...
