My experience with this property - Positive sides: 1) great location. 2) good property with a old world charm. 3) property maintained. 4) delicious food. 5) specious. Cons:- 1) the breakfast provided in their CP plan is very basic. Nothing special. Quantity is also not good. 2) though I am not heavy eater still i say that the quantity of food sometime does not justify with the price.

We checked in at the property. Mr. Pradhan was warm n welcoming. Check in was pretty quick. Located close to the bustling town but away from the maddening crowd. Fantastic location with a view of the mountains. The property is very well kept ,clean and excellent services. Courteous staffs. Food was very good. We all felt at-home. Also provided with electric blankets so the bed was warm. Our stay for two nights was comfortable. Thanks and would recommend this place.

To my opinion this best place say if you are planning to visit Kalimpong, It is most importantly a little bit away from Kalimpong market ( 10 mints brisk walk), which means that you are staying in calm and quite place. Very well maintained , neat and clean property and very much sanitized. Room service was prompt and food was delicious ( try Nepali style chicken) View from our cottage ( C-2) was great. Complimentary bonfire was arranged which again was fabulous. Overall 9.95 out of 10 (.05 deducted as Wi Fi was not working in our cottage)

Amidst the Covid-19 outbreak, we feel lucky to have found such an amazing place. We visited Windsongs in the month of October for 3 days. With the reviews available here and on MMT, we set out minds to book Windsongs for our trip. We thank the management and staff for being so good and accommodating during these Coronavirus crisis. A special mention to both Mr. Karan and Mrs. Pradhan for being an amazing host. They serve you great food. If you love experimenting with food, do try their Thai platter. For sightseeing, they help arrange the best for your trip. They arranged a bonfire (complimentary) and invited us all to join. View of kanchenjunga and Teesta - A big yes. Location - 5/5 Food - 5/5 Cleanliness - 5/5 Sanitization - 5/5 Rooms - 5/5 If you wish to sit back and relax the greens, mountains and room service in Kalimpong, go for Windsongs.

Few places beat your expectations. This is one such place. Great owners of the place. Equally awesome was the view from the hotel, the Teesta valley bisected by the river, the magnificient Kanchan Junga peak range, the green cover, the early morning cloud bed - everything makes you feel that you have arrived in heaven. The home cooked organic food was just delicious in one word. Hope to come again.
