My wife and I were traveling to New York to go turkey hunting. We had stayed for n Erie, PA before but were ready to stop. She searched for lodging and came up with this awesome spot! Everything was so nice. They had food service...More
We stayed at one of the lodge’s cottages. It had a partial lake view and was very quaint and cute. We were within walking distance to the pool and playground. The pool was beautiful and not too crowded in the mornings. We really enjoyed borrowing...More
We had been driving for 15 hours to get here, on our way to New York. We arrived at the checkin time, 3:00, listed on our paperwork. No bellhops to assist with luggage, so went on inside to check in. Seemed chaotic in the lobby...More

There is a paved trail along the lake into Geneva State Park, past the Marina with boats and the beach. About 2.25 miles long with benches near The Lodge for catching the sunset over the lake. Easy and flat if you are thinking of riding bikes or hiking with little ones.
There are also unpaved gravel/wild trails throughout the park- 3 levels of difficulty from easy to hard, I believe. The front desk has a map to keep you on track! This summer The Lodge is adding a zipline Canopy Tour and Challenge Course for adults and one for kids, so that may be something exciting to do as well.
Also, (I love your name!) there is an Irish pub open on weekends in summer that is family friends and serves Irish food, even kid friendly dishes. Hope this helps!
