Stayed here for 2N

Ambience : Not so good.
Rooms : NEVER EVER OPT for DELUX rooms here. Very Bad
It looks like their Staff Rooms literally.
Photos shared are of Super Deluxe Rooms and Suite.
Staff is not helpful. We asked for Room Change but they deny saying its already booked etc. whereas there were other rooms available.

Dining services : Food was Okay.
Hostel like Steel plates with Compartments.
Fruit options in breakfast, Corn Flakes and Egg Omelet.

Electricity : Major issue of power .

No Parking Space for Cars. No view from Hotel. Poor Location.
Go for a better Hotel not this.

We booked 2 deluxe rooms through online booking. This hotel is in market area of Baniket which is too far from Dalhousie from tourist point of view. There in no visit place to go outside and to spend even 5 minutes. Room size is OK but no outside view available. No fresh air can be taken inside rooms. If you want to enjoy Dalhousie better to stay near Mall road / Gandhi Chowk.

Good rooms which are spacious too. Most importantly, all the hotel staff are polite and supportive. We liked their buffet breakfast as well as dinner. Even though the items were limited, it was delicious! But parking seems to be a problem, for the time being, as some construction work is going on. But it is around 7-8 kms away from Dalhousie and near the local market at Baniket. Overall, it is economical, decent and comfortable.

Hotel name is misleading. it's around 6 or 8kms away from Dalhousie in another town called Banikhet. So check into hotel only after completing all sightseeing in Dalhousie. Hotel is quite nice. Has everything we can expect from a budget hotel. Food is alright, wish the rotis in buffet were served quicker. Rooms are spacious very well made with modern interiors and all amenities are also there. Hotel has an elevator too. Overall a decent hotel but not in Dalhousie
