Okay so me and my brother came into town for a family reunion i got Two separate king size rooms for us which were 88 a piece NOT WORTH IT AT ALL. First came here to check in had to wait at the front desk ten minutes before somebody came to check us in then second get to my room it was not as clean as it should been there was mold paint chipping and missing fixtures and hair all over the bathroom floor YUCK went to the front desk to let them know he proceeds to write down notes and say well I’ll give it to a manager OKAY COOL i ended up purchasing another room instead of being switched then he goes i gave You 5 dollars off REALLY??? Okay proceed to book another two bed room requested first floor for family we did all that with the morning shift guy then second shift comes in with the one guy who acts racist so I’m checking in he tells me oh there are no first floor rooms even tho the guy already told me we would have 112 so i left the front desk called with a professional voice asking were there any two beds available on the first floor he says yes it is so i go Back to the front desk and demand my first floor room i asked for and confronted him that that was me That just called he didn’t apologize or nothing he was very nonchalant and then when me and my family got in the heated pool which wasn’t heated we asked him could he turn it up he stuck his hand in the water and was like wow how hot you want it it’s already 86 degree water which the water was really cold this was the worst experience I’ve ever had and won’t be staying here next time i come Into this town this really bold especially because i work for the same brand hotel we never treat our customers like this amd i have Pics of this whole stay it’s crazy racial profiling still exsists cause he looked at us and was like Please really please promise me you won’t smoke in the room I’m like we don’t even smoke at all so why are you begging us not to smoke in the room he said I’m just asking you don’t smoke I’m like we don’t he made the experience BADDDDDD he never switched the rooms i had to Purchase a whole different room it just is a horrid experience This the stuff you have to watch out for…

Great hotel at a great price!! Close to downtown Delaware and right off the main highway. It’s so hard to find pet friendly hotels that are actually pet friendly but this one is for sure!!! Local police drive around often so I always felt safe when taking my dog out to potty or going to my car late at night!! I highly recommend this hotel when staying in the area!!!

I booked a room here for my sister and nephew, who were in town due to a family emergency. Because of COVID-19, their pool was closed and no breakfast was provided, even though both of these features were listed as amenities on their website. In comparison, my husband and I had recently stayed at the Quality Inn practically across the street, and they had made their pool available by appointment and had to-go breakfast bags for guests-and it was $30/night cheaper! Unfortunately, Quality Inn was full, so I had to use Baymont-won't happen again! The only good thing was the room was clean. Oddly enough, the hotel called me a few minutes before we arrived to ask if we were still coming (it was after 10:30 pm, but I had guaranteed, the room), and after I got them checked in, we had to wait while someone went to make sure the room was ready-never had that happen that late in the evening before. All in all, very disappointing that hotel management didn't even try to make adjustments due to COVID-19 that other hotels are successfully doing.…

sloppy carpet cleaning, corners had weeks of accumulated dirt/dust, get a whisk broom or attachment, check in and out was smooth, did not eat breakfast, there were cornavirus protections in place, pool closed, but I disinfected the room and entry door anyway

Every time my wife ad I are in town it’s our go to spot to stay. From the staff to the pool to the rooms to the Breakfast all we can say is WONDERFUL!!!! Great job guys you amazed us yet once again See you soon
