This was my go to hotel in the Columbus Area. I can’t count how many times I have stayed here. The last time was in June of 2020. I have Always had a wonderful experience. I drive 3 hours to come here. I just got married a couple days ago and my spouse was on vacation so just wanted to get a way for a night. He has worked in retail the whole time Covid has been going on. We settle in to the room and can’t find the regular WiFi internet connection. The front desk girl with the colored hair said there was nothing she could do and that there are no other rooms available. I don’t understand that when I have stayed here when it was busier. I even used a free nights stay with my Wyndham Rewards points. I guess I got what I payed for. I guess I will be looking for another hotel group to stay with.…
Hotel is very clean and welcoming!! Anna is very energetic and very positive! She goes out of her way to help &+ make you feel welcome !! I had a great stay here even with the bad pandemic with coronavirus going on i still felt sanitary and clean being in this hotel !! Thank you guys !! Justina G
The hallway and room smelled of smoke with beds and bedding smelling like old-stale smoke. The mattresses were stained and there was a hair found under the covers, "blood" stain on one sheet and a burn hole in another. We could open the room to one door with the room key due to dead battery on door and the fire alarm kept beeping - they could not find maintenance to fix the issues. One room was missing the safety lock on the door. The carpet was dirty and stained. I did not see a single person working in housekeeping and The television had lines running through it. There was no phone in one of the rooms to call the front desk, so we had to keep walking to the desk with issues. The breakfast consisted of a waffle maker, hard-boiled eggs and a plain bagel. This was absolutely a horrible stay!…
The room was HUGE, with a king-size bed that was SUPER comfortable, a nice flat screen TV, with MANY cable channels. It also featured a nice, big desk, which was PERFECT for my laptop, a nice-sized refrigerator, a VERY clean microwave, nice bathroom area AND a sofabed for a guest. Nicest hotel room I've EVER been in!
Horrible!!! If I could give it a zero, I would. The hotel doesn't even look like a hotel, it looks like an industrial office building. It's in a sketchy area that I did not feel safe staying alone. On a positive, the front desk is very nice, although uninformed. There is no evidence of COVID precautions being exercised. The hallway smells like marijuana. The lobby coffee pot was broken, and there is no coffee pot in the room. The TV didn't work. I had to call the front desk to get the wifi password. The heat was off so the room was freezing-I slept in my winter jacket. The bedding has stains on it. The towels have stains on them. The shower has black mold. The furniture is worn and dingy. If I had not prepaid through a 3rd party and already driven 8 hours, I would have left, but I slept on top of the bed and as soon as I woke up at 3:30AM, I left. Then when I got home and went through my credit card charges, they had charged me for the night even though I had already prepaid! Then you call them and the line is always busy, so I had to call the 3rd party, they couldn't get a hold of them, so I had to be transferred. This hotel is so not worth this hassle.…
