I would say if u want to stay in Columbus Ohio that the workers are friendly and are really nice to u and good people’s and the rooms are really clean and good then this this one is the one to stay at and good for the price for nightly and weekly
The staff is what makes this place better then the rest. Connie, Debbie, and Erica are professional, kind, and very friendly. Recommend this Extended Stay over all the rest. Make you feel like family ;)
The hotel is clean and casual. I always stay here while visiting family and would recommend this hotel. Great location and area, close to lots of restaurants and Polaris Mall, parks , and the zoo. The hotel front desk staff is excellent!
Woodspring is tough to rate. On the one hand, the room is small, it’s bare and it’s uncomfortable. On the other hand, it’s like $45 a night, it’s clean, seems to be safe...and again, it’s $45 a night. I’ve stayed in extended stays before, but have never had a room this small. It’s smaller than most standard hotel rooms. There’s a bed, small desk with a couple of uncomfortable desk chairs, and a kitchenette. Be aware there are no dishes, no easy chair or sofa (at least in my room), and your room only gets cleaned every couple of weeks. If you’re good with the bare bones of this hotel, then it’s fine for what it is. It’s really affordable and the location of good. Close to plenty of restaurant options, right off the freeway and close to a grocery store. I never had an issue with any of the other tenants and the staff was mostly friendly. I’m going with 3 stars because it was clean, safe and affordable. Look, it’s not a Marriott or for that matter even a Courtyard. But if you need a place to stay and you’re on a tight budget it’s not a bad option. …
I just stayed one night. The price was right and it fit the bill. This is one of those places that's going to get "seedy" quickly because it's cheaply built. It seems to be fairly new right now, so everything was fine...but I was already able to see some laminate separating from the counter. This is billed as a suite and/or extended stay but I'd be hard pressed to spend more than a couple of nights here. There is a large fridge, a sink, and a stove. But the room is small and, again, the "amenities" (chairs, desk, lack of closet, etc.) are very spartan. Check-in was quick and the staff was friendly. Location was good for me...it's a pretty quick trip to downtown Columbus (Nationwide Arena, in my case). A review mentioned noisiness from other rooms...it's true that the walls seem pretty thin. Another reviewer mentions a smell...that wasn't my experience. The price was right...I've been charged more in dated, "mom and pop" motels. If you're in Columbus and need a very basic room for not a lot of money, this will work well.…
