Really nice, clean stylish new hotel with many onsite amenities such as fire pits and a stylish bar and pool table area. But a few key areas that need a great deal of improvement: elevators upon arrival--it was not clear we could enter without a guest key so we lugged our bags to the 2nd floor lobby. Only one bottle of water in a guest room for 2, not enough places to hang towels in the bathroom area and luke warm to cold water in the shower. That really is unacceptable in a hotel of this level. When we mentioned this to the front desk and asked about a partial room credit we were told, we will check on it. Hope we hear back from management about this. The breakfast was also really limiting and disappointing. Had better in the Holiday inn Express. Come, on....you can do so much better. You have so much going for you. Get the basics right.

Great stay! Friendly stay, clean, extra comfy beds, coffee maker, safe surroundings, cool patio, nice bar with a nice selection, close to lots of breweries and a view of the shoe! Would highly recommend.

Hotel has two elevators but only one working. So rather then cram into small enclosed space with sometimes maskless people, we had to wait forever for elevator to be vacant. I also tried the stairs but found that when I arrived at ground floor my room key would not open the door back into the hotel. This seems like a serious fire safety issue to me. Water in the room was lukewarm at best so the morning shower was barely comfortable. And last and not least, room was touted as having a wonderful view of the city. Hmmmm, by wonderful they mean the railroad tracks, strip malls and non descript businesses. And the Freight train rumbling very loudly by in the middle of the night was a particular bit of charm. I would never stay here again unless nothing else was available.

Desk clerk rude, not friendly or helpful when it was learned there was a mistake made in reservations. Desk clerk did not wear a mask but other employees did. Room assigned was not cleaned, bed not made, dirty towels still in room. 2nd room assigned also with dirty bathroom. This hotel is as bad as a 1960s era Motel 6.

Five minutes from the “horseshoe”. Very convenient location. Clean rooms, clean hotel and friendly staff. And yes they all wore masks. Restaurant on the site has good food. The bread is hands down the best. When I’m back to visit my kid at OSU, I’ll be staying here again.
