Love this very comfortable yet very slightly quirky caravan park . Great views . Our cabin so comfortable , actual armchairs instead of just the standard dining -room chairs . Airy feel to it . Very close to Black Point and Stonypoint for snorkelling with the giant cuttle fish which was amazing and not at all over- rated .

This park really is right on the waterfront. We were given a large site only a couple of paces from the beach. It is a windy area, so you do need to be careful about putting up awnings. However, the park was very clean and tidy, with very friendly staff. They also put on BBQ nights where a portion of...

Basic park waterfront was packed at the end of the day but too windy so got a cramped site up top. Pet friendly. Nothing special. Amenities clean but dated. Permanent mixed in with visitors. Clinical management.

We took a seafront caravan site and was pleasantly surprised. With the tidal movement we had an ever changing view, it was quiet and peaceful. The amenities close, clean and tidy. We only stayed a couple of days and would liked to have stayed longer. Spend a day or two looking around the immediate area and relax. Watch the locals...

Whyalla is underrated - so many ask why go there. But it is a fascinating place. We camped at the Foreshore Caravan Park - waking up each morning to dawn over the beach. Colours and setting were gorgeous. And the camp managers are doing so many things to foster a good spirit among campers - marshmallows over a camp fire...

We prefer self-catering facilities and so seek out tourist parks when we travel. This one is not in the top half in standard when compared to the others we have used over time. The units are close together and parking is cramped. It offers the basics with a tiny bathroom and space generally. The bug screens on the windows were...

Beautiful park in a great location. Walking distance to the lovely foreshore. We had a powered site right on the beach with magnificent views. Ammenities spotless and staff professional and friendly. Whyalla is not what I expected. A beautiful town and well worth a visit

Powered sites right on the water and watch the ships off shore being loaded with iron ore. Mixture of grassed and gravel sites with plenty of room. Really friendly staff and a great little community club, the South Whyalla Football Club next door for dinner on Wed and Fri nights. Run by volunteers and the fresh battered whiting is a...

This park has exceptional facilities. The camp kitchen is immaculate with a fish smoker, pizza maker, bbq's, microwave and so on. They do regular cook ups and breakfasts where you can pay a small fee and relax. They hire out paddle boards and crab spades for the beach and have heaps of kids activities. Love this park and will be...

Stayed with my small camper at this lovely camping place. Had a nice spot just by the sea and could sit and enjoy the sea coming in and out. It's nice and clean everywhere. Nice walks along the beach and the mangroves.
