Booked here and given an ocean facing "suite" with access to the veranda which goes all round the hotel. Absolutely stunning views over the beach and across to Granite Island. Staff couldn't be more helpful if they tried. Bedroom adequate with a smaller bathroom off it. Bed was very comfortable - so much so that for the first time on...

Waterfront hotel in a picturesque town. The room we had was immaculately clean and access was easy at all times. Staff were very friendly. There was free parking on-site and access was easy to all local attractions.

Stayed for two nights in Victor Harbor. The hotel is cute and has an amazing view, the beds are comfy, staff friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant is delicious and great value for money! However, avoid staying in room 16 if you can. No aircon but fan provided. Very very small and there were metal filings on...

We booked last minute and the only room available was a Double Ocean Front. This room was quite affordable but it is...

My wife and I with our 16month old stayed 1 night here prior to heading down to Kangaroo Island! Clean, friendly and accommodating! Private parking off the street is tight, although convenient! Restaurant that is joined to accommodation is petty pricey and not s whole lot on the menu for budget travellers!

Second time we've stayed here. Lovely view of the beach, easy walk to everything. Rooms are old but well furnished . Staff very helpful . Price was good also. Plenty of places to relax- a drink out the front overlooking the beach is nice as is the wonderful restaurant . We dined there both nights and had delicious breakfast there...

I have been a regular at the Anchorage for the past 10 years both for lunches and dinners and have slowly noticed the portion sizes of the meals and coffee cups diminishing whilst the prices have crept up. Paying $16.00 for four 50 cent piece size falafels with a bit of cos lettuce, tomato and cucumber is a bit rich....

Lovely quaint, historic hotel. Spa room was fantastic with a private balcony overlooking the water. Friendly, helpful staff and breakfast in the downstairs cafe was great. Close to everything - would recommend!
