We are two couples who stayed in a two bedroom Eco Lodge. The design of the lodge was lovely & we had good breakfast supplies each day. The main concern was the lack of sound proofing as they are an open design so noise from each bedroom is easily heard. As we were related it was not too much of...

Thank you for the positive review. The housekeeping has been excellent over the last 12 months with Kate in charge.

This station is just great. We stayed in the normal rooms with modern kitchen and bathroom and two bedrooms. Everything was clean and set up is great. The kitchen has everything you need for smaller cooking. The car stays besides the room under cover and the small deck has a nice view to the mountains. The station itself is great....

We recently had the pleasure of spending 2 nights at the park. Although we had a long drive to reach the station it was so worthwhile. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel at home. All the staff we encountered were so friendly and knowledgeable. Our accommodation was spotless and was beautifully designed to fit in with...

We started our week's stay in one of the cabins due to a mistake I had made in booking and then moved into an eco villa so I can report on both types of accom. The cabin was very adequate for a budget stay but the bed was uncomfortable. Also, not a lot in the way of equipment for s/c....

Good to hear that you had such an enjoyable week. Also, good to hear the report on Vinay and Rhys who were looking after the restaurant for two weeks.

We stayed at the 2 bedrooms eco villa ... a perfect place if you travel with family. The eco villa also had gorgeous view. The villa was very spacious, the breakfast provisions that they provided was more than enough ... we even had leftover to make sandwiches to pack for our picnic ... kitchen was filled with everything you need...

Thank you for the wonderful comments. The croissants are from Vili's Bakery (the best in Australia). Pleased to hear that Kate gave you good touring advice that was useful.

This place was very nice. We were comfortable. The villa was well appointed, the attention to details was both appreciated and impressive. The breakfast provisions were spot on, The views, awesome! The washer and dryers..the skylight over the beds..just super great details! The reason that I can't give it a 5 is that Internet was not available, and also a...

This is Tony. I have showed this review to my wife so that she knows what I am really like. We are making progress with the internet, now have 4G signal from Hawker that is much quicker but still not 100% reliable. We have applied to the Federal Govt Black Spot program to improve mobile communications. Your review is in...

We had originally intended staying at Wilpena Pound but were put off by some of the trip advisor reviews. We are so glad we changed to Rawnsley Park Station. Our 4 night stay at Rawnsley was far cheaper and we had full cooking facitlities (oven, hob and microwave) meaning we didn’t have the added expense of having to eat each...

We stayed in one of the Eco Villas facing Rawnsley Bluff and loved sitting on our deck relaxing and admiring the view. The park is remote but hey that's why you go to the outback. The eco villa's really have the wow-factor. Spacy, great porch, well equipped and really comfy. The view is great and some even have their own pet kangaroo staying under a tree only 5m from the room. Really great place to be.

What you see is what you get! Having grown up in the Flinders Ranges I think that I could enjoy staying in a villa for a few days during the summer. However this bit about pet kangaroos - I would see them in the same way as visiting relatives.
