We enjoyed an overnight stay at this delightful B & B. The setting in a mature garden is beautiful, a bridge to cross the creek to the lovely little self contained cottage adds to the charm. The cottage has everything that one needs and more! We woke up this morning looking out to a lovely rose garden and birds singing....

I have recently moved to Adelaide Hills from Sydney and unable to accommodate family and friends. I booked 3 nights over Christmas and two of my daughters/husbands spent one night each in the cottage and I spent the other night...........we all loved it!!!! Everything about it is perfect. It will always be my first stop when I am looking for...

We arrived on a Friday night, after dinner, to a beautifully-lit pathway and bridge down to the little cottage. We opened the door to a cozy fire roaring away in the living room. It's the little things that make this picturesque cottage, surrounded by a babbling creek, trees and wildlife an absolute winning B&B. Highly recommend!

Thanks for your lovely words. The stays for our guests change with every season. Its lovely to sit on the deck in the sunshine, but also lovely to sit inside by the fire on a winters night. Glad you enjoyed your stay. Kind regards Deni

My boyfriend and I happened to celebrate out 7 months here, what a weekend! This is a truly beautiful set up! Listening to the river run while playing cards next to the fire is a memory of mine I will never forget ❤ thankyou Most is supplied for you, with a beautiful selection of tea, a webber, oil, milk, juice...

We stayed two nights near the end of May after having been to a work conference in Adelaide. The whole experience was fantastic starting with the magical walk down the path to the private bridge that joined to the cottages deck. Being cold and wet it was a lovely clean warm and comfortable place to stay. We were very thankful...

Yes it was cold during your stay, but so pleased you still managed to enjoy yourselves inside by the nice warm fire. It is lovely to feel secluded in our location, but be only 40 minutes form CBD Adelaide. Kind regards Deni

We originally booked this place because we thought it was close to Hahndorf. It turned out to be about 10km. That did not matter however because it is so delightful. After walking down a short decline we crossed a bridge over a babbling brook to a lovely little self contained cottage. In the afternoon sun we sat out on the...

Still can not believe what a find this B&B was. Everything you could want is there if you're looking for total peace and quite. Surrounded by bush and alive with birds this little cottage could be miles from civilation. You can relax on the deck and enjoying the visiting birds as you cook your dinner on the webber and then...

So glad you had an enjoyable stay during Autumn. My favourite time of the year here is March/April as well as October/November. You have nice warm days, but cold enough to have the fire on at night. Hope to see you again one day. Kind regards Deni

A magical place to stay. A beatifully presented cottage with everything provided. Deni has thought of everything you may need - from luxury linen to breakfast supplies and a baby weber to cook on. Only a short drive to the city but seems a world away. Highly recommended.

Our 2 night surprise stay at Aldgate B&B was unimaginably tranquil and surreal. Deni and Max have made every effort to ensure any experience is a positive and comfortable one. The cottage itself is beautiful and utterly peaceful; making anyone- well me- want to pick up and move on in. Only 25 minutes from Adelaide but it really does feel...
