Took a trip to Mission in Feb for a rediscovery weekend - haven't been there for years. Stayed at Wongaling, and decided to return and try a new spot this time. Was presented with a gift voucher to Eco Village for my birthday, perfect opportunity to check it out. The price of accommodation was well and truly covered by the...

Loved the feel of this place, bungalows in a lush tropical garden setting spread out around a beautiful pool which has been designed to resemble a freshwater swimming hole. Location is quiet and peaceful yet only a 10 minute walk along the beach from the restaurants. Rooms are spacious with a relaxed tropic feel although, as others have mentioned, a...

Kids loved the 'jungle' feel of where our cabin was located on the grounds. Friendly staff, cabin clean and away from people so kids couldn't bother anyone! Great holiday although the orb spiders seem to have mutated in size since we were there a few years ago!!

We stayed four nights. An attractive pleasant arrangement of villas around a pool. Much vegetation..it is a rainforest location adjacent a beautiful beach. Lovely to hear the ocean especially at night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We slept well. Quiet. Things we commented on were ; poor lighting to read by. eg two armchairs anda coffee table are provided, but...

My family and I visited Mission beach in August 2016, and stayed for three nights in the Eco Village resort. The location is wonderful, directly at fantastic beaches, fairly secluded, surrounded by lush tropical plants. The employees are friendly and try to be helpful. The room size was good, as well as the veranda; all was clean. The resort has...

I enjoyed my stay at Eco Village as the setting is just lovely and I enjoyed the Mission Beach area. However, I have * As noted by other travellers, this motel is set in a lovely tropical garden and is very, very quiet. I could hear the people in the bungalow next door, but it wasn't loud. Mostly I could...

We stayed here for 6 nights. The first thing you notice is how quiet it is. Its a 10 minute walk from town, right on the beach and quite secluded. Its right at the far end of the beach. The grounds are beautiful as is the pool. The room we had was clean and well appointed, although not very soundproof...

My husband and I stayed 2 nights in a spa room at Eco Village in May 2016 for a quick getaway. What a wonderful place. We found our room after a short stroll through the beautiful gardens and were greeted with a welcoming patio hidden from other guests by a lush garden bed. Our bed was lovely and comfortable. The...

The location of the Eco Lodge makes it by quiet, away from all traffic noise. It was busy, but you couldn't tell as it seemed quiet. We found the reception fellow to be laid back and very helpful, as well as friendly. The rooms were large and completely adequate. Rooms in FNQ can be a little musty, but that's what...

Clean, comfortable chalets in a great location right near the beach and Clumpy Point Jetty, which made access to our reef trip on Big Mama Sailing easy! Walk into town via beach or street, less than 2km away and a short driving distance to Bingil Bay Cafe. Beds comfortable and air conditioner worked well! Beautiful lagoon style pool and friendly,...
