Was met by such a happy bartender today all the staff were great. They have good pub food and it didn't take long to come out at all.nice cold beer with a good variety on tap just a great experience after the train ride.

Had lunch yesterday. A beefburger.Stale bun, tasteless beef pattie, home brand beetroot and chunks of caramelised onion? Lukewarm chips.$17.50. Don"t bother,go get a crepe, better value and made on the spot.

We dropped in for a beer while our wives finished shopping. We ordered 2 coronas only to be told "We only have one". No problems, we will have a corona and a boags. Second round "we will have 2 boags" Sorry just sold the last one. We believe the day before, they ran out of food. All this, according to...

Good value. Very friendly staff. After a stroll around the town you must have a drink here. Ordered a very yummy lunch before our trip back to Cairns on the train. Good service & food was great. Calamari , chicken burger & a wrap. All very good. This is the oldest pub in town & definitely worth a visit. Sit...

After travelling to Kuranda on the Skyrail and a walk around the little town, we went to the local pub for a few cold beers and a meal. Apparently, new owners (or Managers) have just started running it and there were a few problems with some other customers with printing of receipts etc and we noticed one table had ordered...

We liked the look of this hotel so decided to have lunch on the veranda after coming up on the train. We ordered a drink while we looked at the menu and then tried to order our lunch, the time was 12.50pm. We were told quite rudely that "the food is now off". We are not serving anymore food! Since...

The pub is a good place to stop for a beer and some eats when you are finished exploring Kuranda and making your way back down to the the railway or cableway station. It is not as busy and hectic as the cafes in town and you can sit on the veranda and people watch while cooling off in the...

Pub used to be a must go in Kuranda, now its an absolute dive. People lucky to speak English, food not worthy of a greasy spoon roadhouse. My family member ordered a pretty lame lunch meal and the waiter came back three times and said certain fillings of his order had run out. He finally settled on a steak and...

Visited for lunch and was very happy with my barramundi and chips. Service was good and the amenities were clean including the toilets. Really liked the fact that drinks are served in chilled glassware.
