OK - here goes! This is my first trip advisor review but I really want to warn people about the risk of staying here, this was our experience. On walking into our apartment there was an overwhelming strong smell of bleach so I happily opened up the doors and windows to air it out thinking the apartment had just been...

Overall, I was disappointed by our stay here. I booked directly over the phone and was ripped off (3 nights for $820 for a 1 bedroom apartment). I was also not told about their 2% credit card fee - when I rang back after I noticed it on my c/c statement, the lady was so rude, basically didn't care. For...

Really great accomodation. We booked for 8 days and got a great rate too. It wasn't cheap but it was certainly affordable. With four pools and a spa there are lots of ways to relax. We had an ocean view room and we could see rock wallabies right outside. If I came back to the island I wouldn't hesitate to...

This is my second time to stay here. Fantastic facilities, great location and excellent value for money! Highly recommend! Do homely, you would actually want to live in these apartments full time! Well done. 👍🏼

We loved our 2night stay at Grand Mercure Apartments Magnetic Island. Everything was so easy, located so close to Nelly Bay ferry terminal we just walked across to hotel reception when we got off the ferry. We were a couple of hours early before 2pm check-in, but again the staff made it so easy and allowed us to check in...

Maintenance is definitely needed as water damage coming through the ceiling, kitchen appliances broken, air conditioning stopped working but it is in a nice location. Size of apartments are generous, staff are cordial but some certainly wouldn't go out of their way to help or follow up on requests we made. We were a bit disappointed with the experience overall...

We stayed for 4 nights in a 1 bedroom apartment overlooking Nelly Bay. Checkin was no fuss & friendly. The apartment was clean, modern & tastefully furnished with everything we required for our 5 day 4 night stay. As others have mentioned, the bathroom setup is a little strange, being in the middle of the apartment open on one side...

As a new Accor member of which this is our second use of an Accor facility (the first being lunch at sea temple palm cove which was disgusting), I would like to say that we were extremely disappointed with firstly the booking process where staff took partial details, promised to contact me to confirm and take CC details, lost my...

We stayed in a one bedroom water view apartment on the top floor. (Level 3). We arrived on Magnetic Island at around 9 pm by which time reception - a 2 minute walk from the ferry- was closed.( We had to pass a rock wallaby, who was having fun on the rock wall at the entrance.) I had previously organised...
