Looks Like the Brochure!

Couldn't be happier and it's only our second day of seven here. Great two bedroom apartment with the promised water view and easy access to the beach below and swimming pool. Out of the wind and in the tropical sun. Great value and a full kitchen and comfy beds.

Quiet and cosy - but no BBQ

Located right on the beach with lovely views. Spacious and well appointed accommodation with nice bedroom and comfy bed. Sofas weren’t that comfy but apart from that a pretty good choice Was surprised that there was no BBQ area - isn’t that mandatory for Australian self catering accomodation? 😊 …

Hi - thanks for taking the time to review. We are self contained self catering apartments and as such controlled by a Body Corporate. The decision was made very early in the building's life that a BBQ in the gardens would be in full view of the restaurant on site and therefore not considered appropriate. There are however quite a few in the parks quite close to the building for use by all. Hoping this clarifies.

Perfect

Stayed in Bowen 3 nights for work. Extremely glad I chose the Coral Cove Apartments. I knew I was in a self contained apartment so took advantage of the cooking facilities in the room. There is a restaurant on site and a cafe short walking distance if you do wish to eat out otherwise a drive into town for all other food and beverage options as there is nothing else close distance. Nice walks around the area especially up to Rotary Lookout. I had a late check in, as long as you follow instructions it's explained very clearly. lovely apartment, great views, quiet, relaxing and perfect for a getaway in Bowen. The sunsets were spectacular. I will be returning …

Views wherever your room is

The apartments are very well set out and comfortable. Beachfront is right in front. Restaurant on site or many eating places close by. Beautiful part of the world. Easy fishing from the rocks if that is how you want to relax. Diane and Bruce were great hosts.

A 70th to remember

Three couples booked a three bedroom apartment overlooking the ocean. What a view and what an amazingly well appointed apartment (No 29). Had nineteen people for the party on Saturday night and there was lots of room for more. Chinese restaurant downstairs is very good and Horseshoe Bay is a wonderful swimming beach. A must visit for locals and tourists alike.…

unit 17 is overlooking ? near pool or end of property? is restuarant (asian ) open daily?

Apartment 17, while having great views up along the coastline, has privacy from the pool. Both the bedroom and the balcony have no other apartment overlooking them which makes this apartment type very popular for a quiet and relaxing stay. The Cove Restaurant, which is owned independently of us, is open for lunch and dinner six days a week with Tuesday being their day off.
