My first trip to Australia all my expectations of many years are exceeded. One place which hit the box we stayed was this farm, many friendly animals and well worth the effort to visit and the cost. We had a little 3 bedroom cabin and we found it was good and fair value - as we stayed in the middle...

We had the farms 3 bedder cottage which was full of flavour with old vintage touches and pieces, looked picture perfect true to the website, which was a relief after our previous accommodation earlier in our trip. So hands on, I got to use a butter churn and saw an old copper, my gran used to have one! Granny Square...

The farm animals were engaging and we got involved all day, our kids were checking for eggs every hour. Collect sticks and wood and built a fire each night roasting marshmellows. Arriving late it was delightful to walk on in to music and the charm of yesteryear. Warm fireplace and country Laura Ashley theme cosy bedrooms. Braedon Cottage has a...

We stayed at the Alecia cottage. The size was good for our family of 4, but a bit of an obstacle course to get around the very large table and two couches. We found the cottage and furnishing to be a little tired, and the BBQ wasn't fully functioning and not-quite clean. The beds were ok, but a little worn...

We just love it here! So relaxing and quiet. Our children could roam and run and enjoy the space. Collecting eggs was a highlight! But they loved the swinging tyre and the bunnies, horses, donkeys, sheep and alpacas! Loved the fire too! Right on the doorstep of the national park and if keen you could walk to town. Thanks Julie...

Stayed at the Alecia cottage for a few days and it was unforgettable! The rural / farm life is the therapy you need from the dramas of the city! Got a dozen eggs too and fed animals! Really comfy cottage! It is accessible via train from Sydney's central station and a nice walk down to the farm. It was like...

We love Bundanoon and have stayed there many times over the years however this was our first time at Morvern Valley. What attracted us initially was that we could bring our 2 Pugs with us this time and what a wonderful stay it was. We found the cabin well appointed with an old world charm and the hosts provided a...

Stayed in original homestead and totally enjoyed the experience. Old world charm with mod cons for cooking etc. Charming bedrooms great verandah to sit and read and watch the world go by. Feeding the animals is a must. Will return no doubt!

This is our first farmstay and Morvern Valley has certainly set a very high standard our future trips. The cottage was tastefully decorated. There were toys for our 2 year old toddler to occupy his time while we tried our hands in setting up the fireplace. The owners even left behind self-authored books on recipes, places of interests and history...

We have just returned home from our first farm stay at Morvern Valley and are already planning our next! Only a short drive from Sydney, beautiful, welcoming and clean cottage with everything you would need (incl portacot & high chair), fantastic farm animals who loved carrots and pats from our 2 young kids, fresh eggs to collect from the chickens,...
