Stayed here very recently for an overnight stay. Would thoroughly recommend! Friendly, relaxed hosts and a beautiful house, lovingly decorated throughout. We had the smaller bedroom with a view over the garden. It was a quirky room, with little staircase, very comfortable bed and bathroom with double sink and fab walk in shower. Fantastic breakfast to set us up for...

Me and my partner stayed here for one night when in the area visiting family. We stayed in the 'Ashley' room. This room instead of a standard bathroom With shower had a lovely roll top bath in front of the fireplace in the bedroom. Very relaxing. After the bath it was nice to sit in the window seat and read....

The house itself is really beautiful and the room we stayed in was decorated very tastefully, very clean and included a lovely selection of teas, fresh coffee and The White Company toiletries along with robes and towels. The ro we stayed in had a bath right by the fire place - bliss! The owners were really helpful and helped us...

Very friendly and helpful greeting. Room was lovely and had everything I needed, even without the shower. The room I stayed in suffered from traffic noise, but ear plugs soon stopped that and it's something that cannot be avoided when staying in listed buildings which can't have double glazing. Breakfast was lovely and set me up for the day. Would...

It was great to find this little jem. Top end b&b but what a bad surprise to have the bed literally shake as lorry after lorry thundered past all night. Didn't sleep until 1:30am and rudely awoke at 6am due to the incessant traffic noise. The age if the building means that windows and walls cannot be sound proofed. I...

What can I say, What a lovely little B & B! We stayed here after we got married at Stoke Park Pavillions with the rest our of close family & friends. The owners couldn't have been more helpful. Because there are only 5 rooms (such a shame it's not bigger) my mum, sister and partner stayed elsewhere but the owners...

We had the small double but wasn't disappointed, decorated beautifully and great shower in en suite. Views over looking the garden. We also booked the 4 poster...

Warm welcome, comfortable bed in a clean and well presented room, stunning breakfast and Lovely owners. Everything you want from a b&b. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice night away. We stayed after a wedding at the race course in stead of a taxi back to Northampton and are so glad we did.

Great room very comfortable and modern, thoroughly clean throughout. Great value for money and Peter and Karen cannot do enough for you. With free parking next door and a number of restaurants around the location is spot on. It's just a shame that I cannot stay here more often.
