Spent a lovely two days at this very welcoming and very picturesque, quaint pub/bnb. Excellent accommodation, very comfy beds, all facilities and nice products. Very clean and everything you need. Breakfast was out of this world. Lovely staff. Thank you so much for making us welcome ❤️
My mum and myself stayed at the Queen Ann in June to visit the RHS flower show at Chatsworth. The rooms where very nice, clean and had everything we wanted, it was very peaceful in the rooms and had the most lovely view from the garden. We ate in the pub both nights the home made food was very nice and the staff where very friendly and helpful. The rooms also included breakfast which was so very yummy 😋 All in all a wonderful place to stay x
I and 15 others were on a stag weekend and staying locally. We descended upon this pub without any warning requesting food and drink. The staff welcomed us and served up a tasty selection of food quickly & efficiently. They couldn’t have been more welcoming. I will definitely be returning when on holiday in the area with my family.
We have just had a few days in the high peak, using the Queen Anne as a base. We used their two rooms for our party, both rooms were similar, very comfortable, clean and with all the facilities that we needed. The pub serves very good food and beers, the staff are very friendly and made us feel very welcome, as did the locals in the bar. The breakfast was especially good and set us up nicely for the day ahead. We will definitely be returning for another trip in the summer.
We visited twice during a week stay in the local area, both visits we sat in the "bar" that time (and the staff) forgot as we had our dog with us. On the first visit we ate, the food was ok but very average in comparison to other venues in the immediate area. We found the service was reserved for locals, receiving a pretty cold welcome on both occasions and felt we were being done a favor each time we ordered a drink at the bar. Do youself a favor and visit one if the other local pubs.
