What a great place to stay. We wish all B&B's could be this good.

All you can wish for in a B&B,cosy,comfortable, fantastic bed,spotlessly clean,we were made very welcome when we arrived,and throughout our 2 night stay,the breakfast was excellent as well,can't recommend highly enough.
We stayed at Merman Barn for two nights, during our caving course in peak district. The lady running it, Linda, is very friendly and helpful, she stayed up to greet us despite our arrival time being delayed several times due to traffic.

Every step just exceeded the expectations :-) Helpfulness of the host, great food, lovely room and a lot of materials (folders with walks, leaflets) to help guests find the best places to visit in the area.
We used the Merman Barn B&B as our “basecamp” for a long weekend hiking in the Peak District.
An amazing place that exceeded every expectation.
From the reception from our host to the rooms and breakfast it was a perfect experience.
