Stayed here for three nights. On arrival we received the warmest of welcomes from Tricia, with lovely fresh coffee and cake, very welcome after a long journey. We stopped in the School view room, a well decorated and presented room, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable, with everything we could possibly need or require. Tricia and Andrew are the perfect hosts, friendly and extremely knowledge about the area, and proud and willing to impart any information. As for the breakfasts, cooked to perfection, and delicious, more than sufficient to set us up for the day. Along with plenty of choice. Tideswell, itself is a delightful location to stay, easily in reach of all the many places of interest in the area, and numerous walks, cycle routes, etc. All in all a very pleasant and relaxed stay, many thanks to Tricia and Andrew for their wonderful hospitality. Would most definitely return and would have no hesitation recommending this Bed and breakfasts to others.

We stayed in the delightful Church View room for a couple of nights and couldn’t have asked for more, from arrival to departure our stay here was perfect. Tricia and Andrew are very welcoming and friendly hosts, always attentive, and the breakfast provision was excellent. We were offered plenty of choice which included a full English breakfast, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, both cooked to perfection, and also fresh fruit and a range of breakfast cereals. The standard of cleanliness was very high in the room and throughout all areas. The location is ideal to explore the surrounding vicinity and we enjoyed a great day out at Chatsworth House, being only twenty minutes away. We would highly recommend a stay here and hope to make a return visit. Many thanks Juliet and Chris

We enjoyed 2 nights in this first class B&B. Tricia and Andrew are so welcoming and helpful. We stayed in the School View room and it was gorgeous. So comfortable and beautifully decorated. The shower is fantastic. We saw the other two bedrooms and they were fabulous too. The whole house and stunning garden is a delight. As for the breakfasts….wow! Every item of the highest quality. Other friends stayed in the self catering annex and said how good that was too. Thank you Tricia and Andrew for a wonderful weekend.
