We recently attended our company's Christmas Party at Santo's Higham Farm.

We were staying overnight, and from the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, courteous and sociable. The place has a wonderful ambience that is so often lacking in hotels these days.

We had a very

Stayed just one night but was really impressed by the hotel. Everyone was so friendly and helpful from when we first arrived to when we left. Lovely food and a decent bedroom, with a comfortable bed. Quirky rooms, as it's an old building, but I loved that. Wasn't perfect but near

I was here on a wet Wednesday in November (so no wedding problems). I stayed one night and ate in the bar/restaurant. The hotel is fresh and clean (I saw staff who had served in me dinner cleaning room door handles at 21:00). My room was a good size and impeccably presented wit

I don't think dogs are allowed in the rooms but if you give them a call I'm sure they can confirm :)

We are looking for a venue to hold a one day conference for 60+ delegates between Derby and High Peak. Must have parking, overnight stays where required and of course lunch and morning catering. Possible for another two half days. looking at April/May or September/October 2015.
Hi Lyn, They can handle that easily, breakfast is good, did not try other meals, rooms are hit and miss especially the ones around the covered courtyard, which are stuffy, dated and noisy. They don't seem to have to to work hard to fill the place and when we were there, there was a wedding going on, so they were less than interested in the needs of other guests, the receptionist was indifferent to our complaint about our stuffy room, made us feel like we were lucky to get one, best regards Ron
