We stayed here for one night while visiting Castleton. Really comfortable bed, an ideal location and only £65 without breakfast. There are beautiful views of the Derbyshire countryside from the window and free WiFi, freeview tv and plenty of tea and coffee. My only criticism is that we thought we had paid by card but the owner asked for cash...

We have just had a two night stay at the Cheshire Mews for the first time. Easy to find, lovely welcome from Ken and no fuss, straight to our room. Parking space available for the room. The room was clean, spacious and everything we needed. The bathroom was a wet room and very clean and spacious. The best part for...

These rooms are perfectly situated in Castleton for the beautiful walks and pubs! There is a main bedroom & a brilliant wet-room...both spotlessly clean! we were greeted by the lovely owner Ken who made us very welcome. We stayed with our daughter & little dog & couldn't have had a more enjoyable stay! We will definitely be returning!

Been to the Cheshire Mews a number of times, go at least twice a year if we can. Ken the proprietor always ensures we have what we need to make our stay comfortable. The rooms are clean and functional, and like this weekend lovely and cosy after a full day walking in the wind me rain. If you looking for...

I provisionally booked a room to stay in this destination for a much anticipated best friends wedding. Getting the save the date in Feb meant I didn't hang about and searched for reasonably priced places to stay in the area and this is where I found Cheshire Mews. So it looked and bit out of dates but the price seems...

We spent four nights in Cheshire Mews - clean, comfortable, well appointed and very fairly priced. Castleton is a lovely town in the Peak District, with many places to eat, for breakfast, high tea, dinner - and we sampled many in our 5 days, 4 nights in Castleton. The Mews are centrally located, easy walking through the lovely town. We...

We booked all 4 rooms for a family celebration weekend. We were greeted by Ken on arrival and everything was ready for us. Spacious rooms with all the facilities you need. Ideal location in the centre of the village. You can even bring your dog in 2 of the units. I have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation

Just spent a lovely couple of days at Cheshire Mews. The accommodation is superb giving the flexibility to eat out in the countless eateries in Castleton. The rooms are superb with the most fantastic views of the surrounding countryside and convenient parking space outside your own front door. Great location for getting out and about and a warm welcome from...
