Breakfast was not included when we stayed. Breakfast is only served from 9.30am so a bit late if you want an early start
We did have breakfast one morning and it was very nice and not an excessive price

Don't know if under new management. Certainly had work done during the last year. We found the food good a few weeks ago. The only down side is that it is very popular, and eating in the bar is not very civilised, as they pack in as many diners as possible. You need to be pretty gregarious to really enjoy it.
