Stayed here 1 night after a wedding, place is beautiful from the outside, inside was lovely but tired needs a lick of paint and updating. Room was clean and bed comfortable. No spare pillow in room, only 1 cup for a double room and tv didn’t work I think due to batteries flat. I understand these things might seem trivial but these are basic things that should be checked in every room. Before anyone jumps on the band wagon I understand that things are a little different now with Covid and such but that’s no excuse for not checking simple tasks.

At least the bed was clean and water run hot. Rooms need redecoration and new furnitures. Indeed, the whole place needs a big renovation and I hope when Covid passed, they will get the chance. Shame because the building looks grate from the outside and location wise is ok

We stayed here for 1 night as we were going to a do in Sandbach. It’s only 1.5 miles from the town centre so well placed. In lovely gardens just off the motorway, staff were very friendly and helpful but we thought it was in need of an update. The downstairs wasn’t too bad but the rooms need modernising. The bathroom was very old. Quite clean, and very warm, we had to turn the heating down. The bed was very clean and comfortable. Tea and coffee making fascilities in the room, also an iron and a hair dryer. Soap and shower gel in the bathroom was provided. The breakfast wasn’t included but can pay 12.95 each for a buffet breakfast. This was quite nice but on the expensive side, but probably quite average for a hotel. One thing was surprising was the bar prices were really reasonable, as hotels usually charge the earth for beers etc. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

This hotel is tiered and needs updating. Breakfast is poor and so is the service. The hotel is expensive and the bathroom had mould and only a couple of towels. Stay somewhere else in the area if you can. Reception is slow and unconcerned.
