We were staying at the Crewe Hall hotel last week for 3 nights but chose to dine each evening at the Rookery Hall hotel restaurant .The restaurant had been recommended to us and it certainly lived up to our expectations. The staff who greeted us at the hotel reception were welcoming and created an excellent impression. When we got to...

Great little hotel, run like clockwork. The staff are upbeat and hospitable. The food was lovely and the little touches the hotel provided for our anniversary were greatly appreciated. The staff make this hotel, they are a credit not only to this hotel but the industry. Spa was lovely, great size pool and amenities. Busy hotel but it never felt...

We stayed here for a night on the classic spa break, rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were really helpful in the hotel. It's worth taking some trainers or outdoor shoes to walk round the trail.its only 15 mins, but it is a nice gentle stroll around the grounds. Spa and restaurant reviewed separately.

Lovely setting, easy to reach off the A51 and made to feel welcome as soon as we walked into reception. Thanks to Jessie and Brian for bringing a smile to our faces and organising luggage and drinks. Food was really good (lunch and...

Attended a fabulous wedding here yesterday. Wonderful staff, food amazing, venue so beautiful. Everything was faultless. Stayed overnight enjoyed the spa facilities and had a great room, nice size, complete with tv in the bathroom and lovely seating area outside the French doors. The only thing I could find to say anything negative about was the toilet, which didn't flush...

My husband surprised me for our twentieth wedding anniversary. The staff greeted us and took our bags, they took us through for afternoon tea as we were booked in for two and we didn't have long so they said that they would check in after. The staff were waiting to greet us and the afternoon tea was exquisite. We checked...

Right..... We checked in for a weekend stay at this hotel, and the comments in relation to our room, only relate to room number 2 (the disabled access room) as do the photo's The concierge and the checkin staff were very accommodating and very friendly and helpful. Whilst I appreciate that this is their job, they had a genuine interest...
