Decent enough for an overnight stay as close to airport. No privacy though as rooms very close by to each other with sharing bathroom. Saw a half naked woman when I opened my room door in the middle of the night. Additional parking available for a charge which I forgot to pay initially as I was rushing for the airport. Was very disappointed to find my car blocked in when I returned and held at randsom for the parking fee which I at no point refused to pay. Car was "released" after I paid.

We were in the family room, two rooms plenty of space and perfect for a comfortable night's rest before the start of our holiday. The host was very welcoming. Thank you from us all :) Rooms One double, one twin with shower room in between. Tea and Coffee making facilities.

Like most people we used this place as a nearby overnight stop whilst using Manchester airport. We received communication via the ‘Booking.com’ app to provide instructions for accessing the property and found the place apparently deserted upon arrival. Family room on ground floor was a good size, with two separate bedrooms and a decent sized bathroom. It was raining for most of the time that we were there which made everything feel rather cold and damp, with no heating. There are a couple of pubs and a cafe within walking distance which were useful, and it is near the airport (£12 taxi fare). The downsides were the damp feel of the place and some domestic arguments going on late into the night, and the next morning, which appeared to be the proprietors. We won’t need to stay there again, and although the price was very good, I would choose another option if I needed to stay nearby in the future.

Quite nervous when my husband said he had booked here as it didn't have ensuite. I needn't have been as there was 1 toilet and 1 bathroom. The place itself was spotlessly clean, TV, tea coffee making facilities in our room. Andy was so helpful and friendly, booked us an early morning taxi with the local firm. Communication between my husband and management prior to us arriving was good, instructions easy to follow. I can't comment on breakfast as we left at 3.45 am. It was a brilliant way to start our holiday, relaxed, chilled - will use again.

Great place to stay when travelling from Manchester. However, hard to find and shared bathroom/ toilets. Very clean and comfortable room. Great place for the money. Had booked breakfast but no signs of anyone around at 0800 and no instructions about breakfast seen in room
