Booked a double suite and twin room to attend a family funeral nearby. Excellent rooms and decor, plentiful breakfast with lots of choice, will definitely return. We stayed in the new outbuildings which were away from the road and christmas parties going on in the main hotel. We werent disturbed at all by any noise . Thank you once again

Stayed here with friends for a girly shopping weekend. Sry convenient for Cheshire Oaks. Rooms were immaculate and very modern. Gorgeous rainforest shower in my room. Excellent prices for such a nice hotel. £64 B&B and £15 for a two course dinner. Food was delicious and some lovely choices on the menu. Staff are delightful excepting the lady on breakfast...

Working around this area so booked this hotel. Good price and nice staff. Rooms lovely and clean and up to date, good shower and fresh towels ever day. Only thing I would say is the beds are very very hard and struggles to sleep, with better beds this would be a amazing place.

Very nice friendly hotel conveniently situated for Chester and anywhere on the Wirral or Liverpool itself. We stayed two nights bed and breakfast but we also had evening meals in the restaurant as well. Our room was in the garden annexe at the back of the hotel and was nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. Large bathroom and shower and the...

I stayed here with my 9 year old daughter whilst visiting family. It's a lovely friendly hotel. The room was nice and bed very comfy. Breakfast was in the bright, airy dining room and was delicious, served by a lovely lady. Would definitely stay again next time.

Only stayed one night, like so many hotels, they have tried to refurb on too tight a budget, and it shows. We arrived quite late (20:00) and were given room 1. It was ok, but like a sauna, the radiator in the bathroom was so hot you could not touch it, so be careful. Once we had managed to shut...

We are sorry that your experience at the hotel was not what you expected And I am sorry that my housekeepers could not find your mirror, which we did let you know, but you were so rude accusing them of theft that a further reply would not have been appropriate. I read your response and it was extremely insulting to...

We had a junior suite which sounds posh but was just very cosy and a bit bigger than a normal hotel room. A large bathroom with lovely shower but no bath, so if you need one ask for one, we were in room 9. Breakfast room was beautiful and breakfast was lovely.

We came with our friends on the 1st October they had stayed here before. Absolutely beautiful place to stay, full of character and very individual. Loved the decor and the room was lovely and warm and welcoming after a busy day in Chester. We joined the fundraising event in the evening and had a dance and a very nice breakfast...

Stayed overnight as we attended a "Motown Evening" event. I have to say, it was BRILLIANT from start to finish! We were welcomed by a delightful young lady who showed us to our room. The room - WOW! Spacious, well-stocked coffee tray and a lovely warm bathroom with a super-strong shower! The Motown Event was wonderful and all for a...

“Go for the garden annex rooms but probably avoid room 15 because of the stairs next to it. Stepping out to the garden is lovely.”

“Room 9 has no bath. A separate block at the back which was quiet but .a solo traveller may not want to be round the back as its quite dark.”
