We had booked a suite for two nights at the Alderley Edge and were certainly not disappointed. A beautifully furnished room with large bathroom through a quirky arched door, yummy chocolate and biscuits to welcome us and friendly helpful staff on reception. Great breakfast choices on the menu too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Stayed here for a wedding and wished I'd booked the premier inn down the road. The room was very expensive considering it was out of the 80s from a furniture and decor point of view and excessively hot, despite being only 15 degrees outside, no air con in a room costing over 100 per night, come on folks, that's not...

Hi Sigainey, Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. We are sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your stay with us. You are right, the rooms can get very warm as we don't have air conditioning in them and as it's such an old building it would be difficult to do that. We put fans in each...

Had the most amazing time here, the food was amazing, location stunning however the stand out feature was the staff who to a man were so attentive, customer service experience was exceptional from the barman Steve and the waiting on staff and the lovely young lady on reception who helped me store my clothes change and directed me to the...

Room was compact but very comfortable and well-equipped. Bar food excellent. Everything smart and staff very helpful. Breakfast was fine. Set back from the road, so quiet, restful night even with window open. One of the best I've stayed in recently.

We attended a wedding here, all in all it was a lovely venue. Location: on the edge of Alderely Edge village up a slight hill, off a main road. The hotel car park is on a hill too which is worth noting should you be visiting with any guests who are unable to walk up hills comfortably. The day of...

Hotel very overpriced; stayed in a superior room for the weekend. Room looked lovely; massive bed nicely decorated - like a sauna. No air conditioning; we had to wedge window open to get some air in and two desk fans and it was still unsaleable. Bathroom severely dated compared to the room. Shower was unusable and limited hot water. It's...

Hi Amy, Thank you for taking the time to review Adlerley Edge Hotel. We are sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your stay with us. We agree with you that the rooms can get very hot, because it's such an old building it's difficult to cool it down on a hot Summer's evening. We agree that some of the rooms...

This is a old style hotel a short walk from the town centre. It has a very good restaurant but I recommend you book early, it was full during the week when I visited. The rooms are appropriate for the grade although the corridors are a little convoluted. The bar is cosy enough albeit the range of beers is a...

My wife and I visited this Hotel for afternoon tea and were very impressed, both with the service and the quality of the selection offered. We were presented with a Crayfish Cocktail to start and this was followed by very fresh and tasty sandwiches, beautiful scones and three different light deserts, all served in a very comfortable dining room.
