Stayed here for a birthday treat and it was amazing! Staff friendly and helpful, great cocktails and food, decor is just fab and the room was incredible. Moroccan lounge was perfect and a Thai massage was bliss. Can't wait to go back and try one of the other Crazy Bear hotels

I bought a Groupon deal so that I could take my partner to the Crazy Bear for her 50th birthday. I had seen previous deals and thought that the place looked pretty amazing, but wouldn't normally spend that sort of money on a hotel stay. We were greeted with a glass of Lanson champagne to take up to our suite.... More

What can I say, amazing hotel, great staff and gorgeous food. Stayed in one of the townhouse rooms across the road from the reception. Very quirky decoration, bed a bit small but very comfortable and the champagne bottle int the room was the cherry on the top. The bar has a good selection of cocktails and lite bites if you... More

My grandson booked this for my 70th birthday treat . The food was excellent and the staff very accommodating. We had so much food they gave us a box take the leftovers home. It is a rustic environment and very cosy. Would re commend this for a special treat.

We were given a gift to go here for a luxury one night stay, including champagne and massages. We arrived, and they completely messed up our room booking - downgrading us to a lower room from a suite. Massages were done in a cold 'tent', and were of very low quality, as if they were done by a ten year... More

Having read the reviews for this hotel on Trip Advisor, I was a bit worried when we turned up, as there are a lot of really negative people out there. We had an amazing time. The food was exellent, the service was excellent and the room was fantastic. We couldn't have asked for anything more. We had some chocolate covered... More

Stayed here on Saturday 26th November for mine and my partners anniversary. On arrival, this hotel had instant wow factor and was more beautiful than anywhere I have stayed before. The rooms are uniquely designed with luxurious finishings (lots of velvet drapes, grand features) We also visited the bar and restaurant. The bar was amazing and the food delicious. Decor... More

Absolutely terrible ! Luxury tea??? Sandwiches are thick and heavy! Cakes are not delicate at all! Look likes a kids cupcake! Do not go here , you will be sorely disappointed. Not worth the money at all.

We were given Birthday vouchers for traditional afternoon tea. It was a wonderful experience going to somewhere so different. The decor has to be seen to be believed! The afternoon tea was delicious and the staff very attentive. It's certainly worth a visit and we will certainly return!
