My partner surprised me with a nights stay to the crazy bear for my birthday of which has been on my bucket list for a while. When we got there it is not what I expected, the hotel is disjointed, the reception is in a different door to restaurants, bedrooms...etc. We walked across a zebra crossing to get to our...

Spent the night, nice enough room but small. Shower gel and shampoo would not work in shower or by sink. I was disappointed as it was over the road so we had to cross a busy road to get to the main hotel. We had coffee and cream scones when we arrived cream was sour. I had to find someone...

Where do I start? As very experienced travellers, we have become accustomed to top Hotels around the world that have an attitude that whatever the customer requests, the answer is "Yes". But not at the Crazy Bear. It was dark and raining when we arrived and due to poor lighting / signage we were unable to identify the Crazy Bear...

What a fabulous hotel! Slightly risqué, kinky and eccentric and eclectic all rolled in one. The rooms are amazing and have to be seen to be believed. We didn't eat in the restaurant in the hotel but it looked equally as good. We went to the Thai that's attached to the hotel and had a five star meal.

Booked a Suite as the end of what was supposed to be a great short post Xmas break for ourselves. Having spent a great 2 nights at nearby Marlow we were both so looking forward to a great night at the Crazy Bear. Got a package through Secret Escapes including a signature suite bottle of champagne and dinner included! Nice...

A wonderful location/setting with gorgeous food! We opted for the seafood platter which was amazing. The Crazy Bear had a deal on so we got the seafood platter and a glass of champagne for around £25 each. Everything from service, champagne choices and surroundings were amazing. Will be back and recommending!

STAY AWAY!! They are thieves and do not deserve anyone's business. I hope they get whats coming to them in the near future. Completely mis-sold! Booked for first night of my Wife's Birthday long weekend away. I was originally recommended to stay at Stadhampton, but was fully booked the night I wanted, and saw this was only 20 minutes down...

Went for a Groupon Deal. The cakes were a very poor selection. The sandwiches were too big & stodgy. We had to ask for clean plates between courses. Rubbish bins taken past is twice leaving a foul smell.

Just got back from our stay which was very enjoyable! Check in was smooth and we were shown to our room (with a glass of fizz) very swiftly! Beautiful room (number 4) exceptionally clean and inviting ! Copper bath is always a winner and the TV turns to the right angle to catch a bit of Eastenders while having a...
