Stayed in Valladolid at the Ecotel Quinta Regia for one night while we visited Ek Balam and Chichen Itza. The hotel is in Spanish Colonial -style, with small individual blocks of rooms located around a central "hub" ( reception area, bar and restaurant), all set in well-maintained tropical gardens. Rooms are spacious and airy with all the usual trappings in...

This is a perfect place to stay if you want the Valladolid experience without luxury. The hotel's restaurant has really good traditional food and the staff is amazing and will take good care of you. There is free wifi that works well, but struggles when there are a lot of people connected to it. The rooms are cleaned daily and...

Very good , nice ( Mexican aristocratic style ) , tidy and great positioned hotel in Valladolid with lovely botanic garden. Wi-Fee provided in the rooms. Receptionists and restaurant personal do not speak English - was the only negative point. We were very satisfied, nothing to complain

We stayed one night here. We arrived fairly late in the evening and left in the morning so it was just a quick overnight on our way into the inland. It was convenient to get to after arriving in Cancun and an easy drive to Chichen Itza in the morning. The property setting is very nice and quite beautiful. From...

The hotel is nice and staff are great. Overall our stay was very pleasant, and as Valladolid is off the beaten path, there aren't many tourists around even in peak season, and it's an easy drive to great attractions - local Cenotes and Maya archaeological sites. Shout out to José Margarito who really made us feel welcome.

Valladolid is a special town set in the Yucatán jungle. The town is well worth exploring, and there are spectacular Mayan ruins near by. This hotel has great potential, but the almost total lack of service made it not worth the high prices. In 3 days our room was never cleaned and we had no hot water one day. Our...

We love our stay at this hotel (3 adults and 3 kids). We took two rooms and loved the experience - the surrounding, the quietness, its closeness to the town center, the pool, the restaurant, the outside terrace for breakfast. The only minus was the gap we had in one of our rooms doors, and the lack if noise insulation...

We always stay here plenty of room for trucks, good pools, incredible staff and the restaurant is solid. Crew likes the larger Rooms for Doubles. Dept heads will like the in room desks and reliable wifi.

Nice hotel rooms - although smelt musty, nice pool (water too hot for swimming though), hotel reception staff not at all friendly or helpful, worst breakfast we had while in Mexico. Wi-fi - hit & miss. It was really hot while we were ther, making it too far to walk into town & very little to do while in town,...
