I was looking for a quieter hotel but at a reasonable price and close to the city square. Hotel Zaci was perfect! They gave me a room that was on the 2nd floor and in the very back. There's a nice pool, the rooms are airy, light and clean. I could see the cathedral from my floor, which was quite...

Hotel Zaci is a charming, colonial-style building, with beautiful lobby, grounds, and pool. Overall hotel and rooms are impeccably clean. Bathroom was nice / new, though no soap was supplied, and we needed to request additional towels. I could have asked for soap but we had brought our own. Though breakfast is not included, it was available for about 80...

Great staff, ideal location, nice rooms with lot's of relaxing areas. Nice pool, clean and friendly. A real pleasant surprise - about as nice as you can get in a mid-range hotel. Highly recommend it - would stay again.

This hotel is located in the very center of Valladolid. Form here you can easily walk around town. The hotel is very affordable - for around 30-50 USD you can stay on this great location. The hotel is very basic. Our room was simple, and dusty. The bathroom was small and not very clean. Its all quite worn out.

I spent three nights here recently. Clean and comfortable accommodations. Friendly staff. Check to make sure air conditioning works properly. Hard beds, but I prefer them. Pool area not noisy during my stay.

Just a basic hotel. Pay upfront. Well staffed. Clean rooms. Pool is nice. AC is nice. Three wifi access points to choose from with enough speed to watch video. Stayed for 6 days and due to the location of the hotel, everything was within walking distance. I would stay here again.

This is a lovely older hotel with Mexican charm. The rooms are basic and clean. They have good air conditioning and a nice ceiling fan. These rooms were under us$50. It is an exceptional location especially if you are using the ADO bus. The station is just around the corner. We walked everywhere.

We always spend a night in Valladolid the night before our next day flight out of Cancun. We never stayed here before and rooms were at a premium in Valladolid because of the holidays and because people have discovered this town since it has been named a Pueblo Magic. There was a large group checking in and a asked an...
