My partner and I travelled to the Grand Sirenis in mid June. The hotel is lovely, with good sized rooms and generally nice surroundings. All the staff were very helpful and friendly and work really hard. The only negative point about the hotel is the food. In our view, it was extremely average. The a la cartes were actually worse...

Just got back from this resort two weeks ago. It had been an amazing experience for me, my husband and my two kids. We have wonderful time. The room is clean and tidy. I like the minibar a lot. My kids like the lazy river. They can stay there all day long. My husband and I like the beach the...

Very beautiful property. By day the resort looks like mayan pyramids, and by night it looked like a space ship. The pools were very nice, the rooms were spacious and clean. Perfect for two adults, one teenager, and a ten year old. We had plenty of room. I liked having a concierge in the building, as walking to the main...

No issues with the bathroom...The layout of the hotel is spacious, and we loved the lazy river, the ice cream shop, the coffee shop, etc. We snacked ALL DAY LONG at...

The resort is beautiful! Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and couldn't have asked for more. The staff were always smiling and the entertainment team were fantastic! After reading some reviews we naturally had doubts but upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised and remained this way for the two weeks following! Pools - constantly cleaned / always sunbeds available / staff always...

Had a lovely time at the Grand Sirenis - no issues with time share hassle as mentioned by others nor any issues over different tier levels. Overall a great hotel but it really isn't 5 star ... not even vs other Mexico hotels let alone world wide. It just looks tired in parts and some things didn't work. Toilet would...

This is our 3rd trip to the GS and we stayed on the Riviera side in Bldg 18/19. There were 15 in our party. The main reason we love the Sirenis is due to the staff who are all incredible. There are a few staff members that made our trip stand out: Jesus A at the lobby buffet: Jesus was...

Our first trip to Mexico. Really nice hotel. Our room in the 1700's block was a bit tired looking. The glass doors to the ground floor balcony would not lock on our arrival. However a maintenance man arrived very quickly and repaired it. Could have done with a few other things doing - the plug in the whirlpool bath was...
